A: At this time, we only offer standard USPS shipping, but we may offer expedited options in the future.

A: We craft all our products from premium 6 oz vegetable-tanned, full-grain cow leather for lasting durability and a rich, natural patina over time.

Q: Are your products handmade?

A: Yes! We use a combination of precision tools and old school techniques ensuring a high standard of quality every time.

Q: Can I order a custom design?

A: Absolutely. You can browse our Custom Shop or contact us for special requests. Custom orders may require additional processing time.

Q: Do you offer gift cards?

A: Yes. Our gift cards never expire and can be used toward any purchase on our website.

Returns, Exchanges, and Policies

Q: Can I return or exchange my purchase?

A: All sales are final, so we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

Q: What if my order arrives damaged?

A: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll work with you to make it right.

Q: Do gift cards expire?

A: No, our gift cards never expire and can be used toward any Lunar Copper Co product.

Q: Can I cancel my order after it’s placed?

A: Because we begin processing quickly, orders cannot be canceled once placed. Please review your order carefully before checkout.

Q: What if my package is lost in transit?

A: Once shipped, USPS is responsible for delivery. If your package is lost, we’ll help you start a claim with USPS.
